Registration fees

Early fee (until May 27, 2025): EUR 200
Regular fee (after May 27, 2025): EUR 220
Student fee (for graduate students): EUR 130

Payment details

For administrative reasons we prefer a wire transfer of the conference fee. Please arrange that the banks' fees on both ends are paid by you (or add etxra EUR 13.50 to cover the fees of the recipient's bank.) In case you incur high fees for the transfer (from outside the Euro zone), you can pay in cash at the registration desk. Note that in this case you have to pay the late fee.

Master- and PhD-students have the possibility to pay the lower fee of EUR 130. If you want to do so, please send a confirmation of registration from your university to rings@math.tugraz.at with the subject "student fee".

When you make the transfer please

specify that all fees (of both sender's and recipient's banks) are paid by you so that the full amount actually arrives (or, alternatively, add EUR 13.50 to cover the recipient's bank's fee)
enter E-1501P35788 followed by your registration id, your last name, and your first name as reference. Your registration id is generated when you register and you can find it in the confirmation email of your registration.
